Stakeholder engagement

Lacto Japan Group places great importance on engaging in dialogue with its stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, employees, customers, suppliers, and local communities. We also exchange information and opinions with government bodies, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Our suppliers are global manufacturers that meet our stringent quality standards for dairy ingredients, meat products, and other items. By working with suppliers to address issues at production sites and coordinating on production volumes, we build mutually beneficial relationships. Our customers are primarily major domestic food manufacturers, including dairy, confectionery, and beverage companies as well as feed manufacturers.

When customers develop high value-added dairy products, we share our accumulated expertise and provide proposals based on that expertise one of our core strengths, to support product development and strengthen long-standing relationships.
