However, global demand, particularly in Europe and the United States, continues to surge, making it difficult to expand production in a timely manner and creating a challenging environment for securing adequate supply. Under these conditions, Lacto Japan Group is working to stabilize procurement by strengthening collaboration with existing suppliers and developing new suppliers, with the aim of further expanding our protein-related business.

 

Interest in plant-based foods is also rising, driven by more diverse lifestyles and consumer choices. By actively offering high-protein, non-dairy products such as soy protein, our Group will continue to respond to diversifying needs and contribute to addressing future protein shortages.
